Management Search Executive Ltd specialises in executive search and consultancy for the hotel, retail, leisure and tourism industries.

Management Search Executive Ltd was founded in 1998. Initially based in Harley Street, we moved to stylish offices in Mayfair in 2004 and since our expansion we are located in Broad Court near Bow Streets Magistrates Court adjacent to the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden.

In the early days, many of our assignments were international. Immediately we knew we wanted 'to make a difference' in the recruitment and the management consultancy industry, so we created a search process within MSE which we believe exceeds industry best practice. Our progress was excellent, growing organically and penetrating many different and diverse sectors.

MSE has since, through the expertise and knowledge of our team, expanded into other sectors within various industries which now include property, finance, restaurants, bars, hotels, distribution, timeshare, retail and private equity. Our commitment is to grow the company and drive the revenue by bringing in qualified colleagues who are specialists in these sectors.
