Nina Johnson Bennett
Nina is the Managing Director of Management Search Executive Limited Before managing her own Executive Search Company she worked with well known Hospitality Recruitment businesses, initially focusing on the international markets, building strong working relationships with both multinational companies as well as in-country operators across many continents. Nina gained wide international exposure through regular site, client visits, and overseas business trips, essential to identify the different skill sets and characteristics required to handle the challenges and cultural differences faced by her candidates.
Nina's ability to find creative and original solutions for her clients singles her out as an influential contributor to people-based strategies for many prestigious organisations. Her extensive network of global contacts, both inside and outside the hospitality, travel and leisure industry, complements this skill. Nina believes that understanding each company culture is vital for the right candidate match. She has an enviable track record of placing senior executives who can grow with the role and the organisation, so creating real value for the clients she works with.
Coming from a hotel family and having a head start on her contemporaries she graduated from Hotel School and joined Forte's fast track graduate development programme. Her management roles have included Human Resources, Rooms Division, Food and Beverage; and Hotel Manager for multinational hotel companies. During her hotel career Nina has opened hotels, welcomed the rich and famous including the world of show business, Royalty, both British and International and global Captains of industry.
Nina is passionate about her work and continually seeks to find new and innovative ways to serve the Hospitality Industry; she is also a committed member of the Women's Leadership Group in Support of the Princes Trust Charity.

Karen Skelton - Associate
Karen joined Management Search Executive (MSE) in January 2007 and in a short time has made a major contribution to the company bringing her expertise in Hospitality and Human Resource Management to MSE. Karen specialises in international senior management search across all hospitality disciplines.
After qualifying in Hotel and Catering Management, Karen spent seven years in London at management level and a further two years as a senior consultant for a leading Hotel and Hospitality recruitment consultancy.
Following this success, Karen's career migrated to Human Resource Management and in 1990 she graduated from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and in 1994 upgraded to Member status (MIPD) with the Institute.

Darren Walsh
Darren joined Management Search Executive in 2009, after spending 11 years within Investment Banking recruitment. Darren's remit at MSE will be to continue to build out the Investment, Advisory, Financial and Asset Management practice in conjunction with promoting MSE's retained services and product offering. His primary focus will be the Hospitality Industry across a broad spectrum working closely with the Company's existing clients and the new clients that Darren will bring on board to MSE.
Darren has performed executive search work on a range of international assignments including CEOs, CFOs in addition to undertaking more technical financial services positions in corporate and investment banking, private equity and real estate. His client focus is predominately across EMEA coverage.

Ariel joined Management Search Executive in 2009 after relocating to London from New York City. Ariel started her career at one of the leading hotels in New York, and after training in all the major hotel departments, shifted her focus to sales. Most recently, Ariel worked in hospitality asset sales and development consulting with a focus on branding. Working with owners, management companies, developers, financiers and numerous international hotel brands has given Ariel a broad understanding of the hospitality industry, which she will bring to each and every deal with which she is involved. She brings a deep knowledge of the US hospitality market along with an extensive contact list. Nina also completed the first women-only sponsored Challenge Event, climbing Mount Toubkal in the Moroccan High Atlas, the highest mountain in North Africa (4176 meters)

- 49 intrepid women have scaled Mount Toubkal and traversed the Namib Desert, raising £204,608 for the WLG
- 26 events held since our launch in November 2006;
- 6 Prince's Trust projects have been developed and delivered as a direct result of WLG funds
- Many volunteering opportunities taken up by members.

- 79% of the young people supported by
- The Prince’s Trust in 2007/08 have gone onto employment, training or further education
